Fujimiya, the vanguard in preserving the essence of wagashi, traditional Japanese confections.

In 1955, Fujimiya’s story began with a simple yet ambitious vision-founded by a passionate predecessor venturing into the world of confectionery manufacturing in Iwatsuki, Saitama City.

In an era witnessing a shift towards health-conscious choices, Fujimiya became the vanguard in preserving the essence of wagashi, traditional Japanese confections, investing in research to craft delectable treats with reduced sweetness.

Wagashi

We are striving to bring smiles to everyone’s faces with our confections, valuing the right ingredients and traditional production methods for each confectionery.
We are especially particular about red bean paste.
We use Hokkaido azuki beans, which are produced in our store from the time of boiling the beans.
We make them with a refined sweetness so that people with a wide range of tastes can enjoy them.
